ABOUT US:
It all started when I was looking for a small gift for my girlfriend (now wife) about 5 years ago. I had just started a new job and was a budget conscious shopper. Knowing about my wife's love of all things Italian, I decided that a piece of Murano jewelry might be a great idea. Unfortunately, my pocketbook did not agree. I was shocked and disappointed to find out that even the most basic Italian-made jewelry is priced upwards of $40.00. I decided then and there that I was going to design some great glass jewelry and have it produced so that everyone could afford it. Italian Chic has been importing and selling Murano style glass jewelry and pendants for nearly 5 years since, and now my wife works with me! In fact, we were one of the first companies in the U.S. to bring high quality Murano replicas to the market. Glass jewelry has allowed us to blend my wife's ability to innovate and design, with my experience in sourcing glass giftware, and knowledge of glass production techniques. The result has been spectacular jewelry products that everyone can enjoy.
From our perspective as a family business, our most important asset has always been our committment to satisy our customers. From our early days selling glass at craft and gift shows, to the webstore which is the focus of our business now, we have always strived to provide great products, great service, and great values. TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Damaged Items - All damages must be reported to Italian Chic within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise by the customer. Upon learning of the damage, Italian Chic will send customer a return label for the product. Customer should pack damaged item(s) into the original packaging and ship the merchandise per instructions included with the return label. Upon receipt of the damaged item(s), Italian Chic will either send replacement merchandise, or credit the customers account (including freight) at the customers discretion.
All Other Returns - Items may be returned for any other reason at the customers discretion, including for an exchange with a different item. For all non-damage returns, Italian Chic must be notified of intent to return item(s) within 7 days of customer's receipt of items. Customer is responsible for return freight and should send the item(s) to our contract warehouse as follows:

Item(s) must be sent in their original packaging. Any item(s) that are received damaged at our warehouse due to inadequate packaging might result in a refusal of the refund.
Upon receipt of the item(s) at our warehouse, a refund of the purchase price (and tax if applicable) shall be processed. Freight is not refundable. For exchanges, the new item will be shipped out after the return is received. Freight for the outgoing exchange item(s) will be charged to the customer.
Special Note: Please order by 12/14/2007 to ensure that your package will arrive before Christmas when using the free freight option! Order by 12/18/2007 for UPS overnight and 2nd day!
